Refund Policy

At Harlem Print Magic, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom prints and products. Because many of our items are made-to-order, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges.

1. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, orders may already be in production and cannot be canceled.

2. Custom & Personalized Products

• Due to the nature of custom printing, all personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
• Please double-check all details (spelling, design, size, etc.) before placing your order.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect (wrong design, size, or product)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at harlemprintmagic@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We will:

• Offer a free replacement, or
• Provide a full or partial refund, depending on the situation

4. Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)

• Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be:
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Check your bank account again
2. Contact your credit card provider
3. Contact your bank

7. Exchanges
