Guest Check-In Instructions for Garden Room - Ground Floor

1. Go to the top of the stairs leading toward the double-door entrance of the building. The lock box is located on the handrail to your left as you're facing the double doors.
2. Use overlay text to give your customers insight into your brand. Select image and text that relates to your style and story.

2. Remove only the set of 2 keys with the purple tag.
3. Close the lock box tightly and re-scramble the combination to 0000 to secure it.

1. Walk back down to the ground level.
2. You'll see a gate — walk through it.
3. Go down three steps into the ground floor courtyard.

1. Use one of the keys on the purple tag to unlock the bottom doorknob lock.
2. Once inside, proceed through the second door that leads into the room.

* Dispose of trash in the black bins located in the courtyard in front of the house.

* With your back to the house, the bins will be down to your left.

* Please use the white remote (press lightbulb icons) to turn on overhead fan light.

*Table lamps. Right Lamp (please use power strip)

REMINDER: If you are leaving the apartment for more than one hour, please turn off all lights.

* When checking out, drop the keys back into the lock box.

* Re-scramble the combination to 0000 to secure it.
